What was the highlight of Big Mike Hostel
Would go there again
The stuff is super friendly and will remember your name. Everything is clean and the location ist directly where all the restaurants eventhough you can’t hear anything at night.
Unfortunately on the Philippines accomodation is everywhere a little bit more expensive than in other southeast Asian countries but this is still a good choice!

What was the highlight of Big Mike Hostel
Great stay!
The staff was wonderful. They made us feel very welcome and helped us when we wanted to book some tours. The free breakfast was good. During our stay it was toast with either an omelette or a fried egg and some fruit.
The bunk beds were really noisy. You woke up every time someone was changing position in their bed. There was only one bathroom, which was stressful sometimes.

Stuff was amazing, always preparing small breakfast and smiling. Waking upping early to make sure if you not missing your transfers! So kind! Location was great in the middle of all bars and restaurants.
The room had no windows(i had my private room just for me). Not so spacious. Aircon and fan worked loud like a tractor

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable and the room is not over-packed with beds, bathroom was also clean and always had toilet paper. Simple breakfast was nice to have, location is also perfect.
Safe boxes are small (although we felt safe), you only put some items inside. Not all beds have access to power sockets.
